The Nordic–Baltic Academy of Architecture (NBAA) invites applications for the Nordplus Higher Education Programme.
When preparing your proposals, please keep in mind the Nordplus goals, available on the Nordplus website.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION TO NBAA:

Please submit your project description together with the budget file, so that NBAA can enter the information into the Nordplus application system.

Intensive Courses
Nordplus Higher Education awards grants for intensive courses lasting between one week (five working days) and one month. These may be organised during term time or summer as:
- short courses
- symposiums
- master classes
- workshops
Requirements:
- Participants must include students and academic staff from at least three different countries.
- Courses must yield ECTS credits, recognised as part of the students’ degree.
- ECTS amount must be stated in the application.
- PhD students may participate as teachers, but not as grant-funded students.
- The same IC can receive funding for three consecutive years, with new applications submitted annually.
- Host institutions are recommended to rotate.
Joint Study Programmes
Nordplus supports the development of joint study programmes, defined as:
- full-degree programmes established according to national legislation
- leading to degrees recognised by national authorities
- issuing degree certificates with a Diploma Supplement
- integrating mobility into the programme structure
- jointly developed and approved by all partners
- governed by a signed agreement defining aims and roles
JSPs may be funded for three consecutive years, with annual applications.
HEIs may combine Nordplus grants with Nordic Master funding.

Development Projects
Nordplus supports innovative development projects in higher education.
Projects may focus on:
- collaboration with the labour market
- quality assurance
- dissemination and use of project/network results
- developing collaborations with public/private institutions and NGOs
- developing innovative teaching methods
- joint modules and curriculum planning
Development projects may also receive funding for up to three consecutive years, with annual resubmission.
